A walk through Valparaíso's colorful passageways, staircases and alleys reveals street art, buskers, small restaurants, cafés and boutique hotels, along with its picturesque funiculars — the historic center of this port city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the architecture that gives it such singular character.
